Talk Subject Areas


Ron is experienced in producing and delivering talks to a variety of audiences including students at universities, colleges, workshops; special interest groups; training courses, conferences and seminars; the armed forces; private companies and cruise ships worldwide.

The talks are given with the aid of PowerPoint presentation system and include photographs and graphics; they are delivered in a relaxed manner to inform, educate, and for cruise ships, to entertain.

Architectural History

This is a subject that Ron specialises in and his talks cover most of the world’s most famous places. In his talks he looks at the building or place itself and the people and events in its history. Construction, Property & Civil Engineering

In this programme Ron looks at the history and the development of Civil Engineering projects and the methods of construction from ancient to modern time. He also offers more technical lectures for academic institutions. He also offers a  series of talks which looks at the process of property development. Management

A number of talks relating to Business and Management are provided for industry, academia or private companies; details can be found on the Management page.





Military

Ron has served with the Air Cadets, Royal Marines, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and the Army both as a Regular and in the Reserve Forces and is now Chairman with one of the Committees of the Reserve Forces and Cadets Association.
